Hi, I’m Cathy.

 

If you’ve landed here, you might be feeling exhausted—mentally, emotionally, maybe even physically. Perhaps you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or perfectionism.

 

Maybe you’ve spent years putting others first, silencing your own needs, or feeling like you’re just “too much.”

I want you to know that you’re not broken.

The way you feel right now isn’t who you are—it’s what you’ve been through.

And most importantly, healing is possible.

As a fully qualified trauma-informed counsellor and coach, I work with clients who have experienced emotional abuse, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, toxic relationships, and other painful experiences that have left them feeling stuck.

 

Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. We’ll work through the patterns holding you back and help you reconnect with your true self—the part of you that is whole, worthy, and capable of living a life that feels good.

Healing isn’t about “getting over” what happened. It’s about learning to move forward with self-compassion, confidence, and a deep sense of self-trust.

ABOUT ME

HI, I'M CATHY... AND I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I'VE BEEN THERE TOO.

For years, I lived with the silent effects of trauma. I pushed through, overachieved, and wore a mask of confidence, all while battling anxiety, self-doubt, and a deep fear of not being enough. Like so many people, I had learned to be strong, to keep going, to dismiss my own pain.

​

It wasn’t until I truly faced my trauma that I began to understand how much it had shaped me—the way I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me.

 

I also discovered something life-changing: I didn’t have to keep carrying it alone.

​

That realisation set me on a path of healing and, ultimately, led me to retrain as a counsellor and coach.

 

Now, I help others break free from the survival patterns that trauma creates—self-criticism, people-pleasing, emotional numbness, perfectionism, and fear of vulnerability—so they can start living fully instead of just coping.
