INDIVIDUAL TRAUMA-INFORMED COACHING & COUNSELLING

Trauma doesn’t just live in our memories—it shows up in our relationships, our careers, our self-talk, and even our bodies. It can leave us feeling anxious, stuck in patterns of self-sabotage, or unable to fully trust ourselves.

That’s why my work isn’t about “fixing” you—you are not broken. It’s about helping you understand and heal from the impact of your experiences so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or the lingering effects of past trauma, our sessions will provide a safe, supportive space to process your experiences and develop tools to move forward.

Common focus areas include:

 

  • Healing from emotional abuse, narcissistic relationships, or toxic family dynamics

  • Breaking free from self-criticism, perfectionism, and people-pleasing

  • Emotional numbness that you can't understand

  • Managing anxiety, overthinking, and trauma-related stress

  • Rebuilding self-trust and setting healthy boundaries

 

Sessions take place online, giving you the flexibility to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.

SELF COMPASSION & OUR CRITICAL VOICE 

​Are you really hard on yourself?  Do you beat yourself up when you make a mistake? Trauma can often make self compassion REALLY hard. Through working on self compassion I help women silence their inner critic, develop self-kindness, and break free from harsh self-judgment.

PERFECTIONISM & OVERACHIEVEMENT

Do you get stressed over things having to be 'perfect'?  Trauma can leaves feeling like we are never 'good enough'.  By guiding you to let go of unrealistic standards, overcome procrastination caused by fear of failure, you will be able to embrace progress over perfection.

SELF ESTEEM & CONFIDENCE

Trauma has a massive effect on our self-esteem. Do you need someone else to tell you when you've done well because you are unable to do this for yourself?  I support women in building authentic confidence, to trust themselves, and feeling worthy without external validation.

PEOPLE PLEASING & BOUNDARIES

Do you struggle to say 'NO'?  If you do say No, do you often feel guilty or selfish?   Trauma can leave us people pleasing ALL the time.

I can help you set and maintain healthy boundaries without guilt, say no with confidence, and prioritise your own needs.

EMOTIONAL REGULATION & STRESS MANAGEMENT

Many women come to therapy with me as they are completely overwhelmed and stressed out which could be a result of trauma.  I teach strategies to manage overwhelm, reduce anxiety related to self-worth, and cultivate inner calm.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE & BURNOUT RECOVERY

Do you struggle with work/life balance?

I can help you break free from overworking, and help you manage your energy effectively, and find balance without feeling guilty.

FREE Discovery Call

This is a 20 minute phone or video session to find out what's going on for you and to decide if we are a good fit to work together.

1:1 Online Session

This session is designed to meet your needs at the time of the session!  It could be a counselling session where you can explore your feelings in a safe space, or it may involve more coaching to help you move forward. 

Or a mix of both!

6 Session Package

The same as the 1:1 sessions, but if booked as a package I am offering six sessions at a discounted price!
